رسولُ اللهِ (صَلَّيَ اللهُ عَلَيهِ وَ آلِهِ): مَن غَصَبَ رَجُلاً أرضاً ظُلما لَقِيَ اللّه‏َ تعالى وهُو علَيهِ غَضبانُ

He who usurps someone’s land wrongfully will meet Allah [on the Day of Resurrection] wrathful towards him

رسولُ اللهِ (صَلَّيَ اللهُ عَلَيهِ وَ آلِهِ): لا يَحِلُّ لاِمرِئٍ مُسلمٍ أن يَأخُذَ مالَ أخِيهِ بغَيرِ حَقِّهِ ؛ وذلكَ لِما حَرَّمَ اللّه‏ُ عَزَّوجلَّ مالَ المُسلمِ علَى المُسلمِ.

It is not permissible for a Muslim to seize the property of his fellow brother without right to it, and that is because Allah, Mighty and Exalted, has forbidden the property of a Muslim to another Muslim.
