رسولُ اللهِ‏ِ (صَلَّيَ اللهُ عَلَيهِ وَ آلِهِ): كُلُّ جبّارٍ عَنيدٍ مَن أبى أنْ‏يقولَ: لا إله إلّا اللّه‏ُ.

A recalcitrant tyrant is anyone who refuses to say: ‘There is no god but Allah.

رسولُ اللهِ‏ِ (صَلَّيَ اللهُ عَلَيهِ وَ آلِهِ): يُحْشَرُالجَبّارونَ والمُتَكبِّرون يَومَ القيامةِ في صُورةِ الذَّرِّ ، يَطأُهُمُ النّاسُ لِهَوانِهِم على اللّه .

The tyrants and the arrogant people will be raised on the Day of Judgment in the form of tiny particles, which the rest of the people will trample underfoot – as a sign of their low esteem before Allah

الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): لا يَزْكو عَملُ مُتَجَبّرٍ.

The work of a tyrant can never be pure.

الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): فلا تُكَلِّموني بما تُكَلَّمُ بهِ الجَبابِرَةُ، ولا تَتَحَفَّظوا منّي بما يُتَحَفَّظُ بهِ عندَ أهلِ البادِرَةِ، ولا تُخالِطوني بالمُصانَعَةِ

Do not address me the way tyrants are addressed, nor should you be reluctant in my presence as it is done in the presence of the oppressors, nor should you associate with me with hypocrisy.

الإمامُ الصّادقُ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): الجَبّارونَ أبْعَدُ النّاسِ‏مِن اللّه‏ِ عزّ وجلّ يَومَ القيامةِ.

The tyrants will be the farthest away from Allah on the Day of Judgment

Allah will humiliate and depose whoever acts tyrannically

Beware of behaving tyrannically with the servants of Allah, for [eventually] Allah annihilates every tyrant

“Surely there is a mountain in Hell called Sada, which has a valley called Saqar, which has a well called Hab-hab. As soon as the lid of this well was lifted, the entire Hell was engulfed in flames. This is the abode of tyrants.”
